How can I track my order and how long will it take to deliver?

As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive all updates on your package (from when the label was created, package was shipped etc.). Usually all orders take from 3-4 business days to deliver, in any case that it has exceeded that approximation please contact shoptheaffect@gmail.com 

When is there new merchandise?

As a new boutique, we are striving to have new items up every week! Turn on our posts, stories, reels and live videos notifications to receive alerts when new merchandise is out.

Can I receive store credit or exchange a sale item?

Unfortunately, all sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be exchanged or credited.

Is there a location I can visit to shop in person?

We are currently an online boutique and do not offer the service of shopping in person, but we will in the future.

I'm having trouble placing my order, what can I do to receive help?
